Wore it over a plain black dress and the arrowhead pendant got three compliments before I even sat down. The ribbon's long enough to wrap twice and tie off wherever you want, so it actually stays put.
The velvet ribbon is genuinely soft, not that stiff craft-store kind, and it wraps twice around my waist before the arrowhead ends dangle just right. Wore it over a plain black dress and got three compliments before lunch.
I was nervous the long velvet ribbon would feel flimsy, but it actually holds a knot all day without slipping. The fletching pendant at the other end gives the whole thing a nice asymmetric look over a plain dress.
